  • What is the last day of the month to make changes to reoccuring membership?
    Changes must be made by the 25th day of the month. Need to make changes? Click here.
  • What day am I charged for my reoccuring mermership?
    The first of every month regarless of purchase date.
  • Can I change the date I am charged for my reoccuring membership?
    No. The draft date for all reoccring memberships is the first of every month, regardless of purchase date.
  • Why would I freeze my membership?
    Because you shouldnt pay for something you are not using! Simply freeze your account here and pay just $5 per month while its frozen. When you decide to reactivate your membership, we will credit back up to $30 in freeze fees.
  • How do I change the payment method of my reoccuring membership?
    For your security please visit any Pacific Sun location to change your payment method.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade the level of my membership?
    Yes. Simply choose the level you want by completing the membership change form no later than 3 days before the next billing cycle. Need to make changes? Click here.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    If you have met the minimum commitment term of your membership, you can cancel by with no additional charges by completing membership change form. Need to make changes? Click here. Please be advised that if you have not met the minimum commitment level, additional charges may be applicable to cancel your account.
