Sales/Tanning Consultants

This position requires working independently in the salon, providing excellent customer service, educate customers regarding our products and services promoting sales and profits, and maintaining salon cleanliness. Sales Tanning Consultants work closely with the Salon Manager to understand each aspect of their position and responsibilities and to make sure every client's visit is outstanding. Previous experience in a sales environment with proven performance ability is preferred. Competitive work environment where hours scheduled are based on personal sales productivity.

Salon Assistants

While providing outstanding customer service, you will keep all aspects of the tanning salon running smoothly and remaining immaculately clean. Basic responsibilities include cleaning tanning rooms, maintaining overall salon cleanliness, and laundry duties. Entry level, part time, seasonal position.

Salon Managers

Salon Managers are responsible for all aspects of maintaining company systems and standards on a day to day basis for 2 salons with sales building as a continual focus. Qualified candidates should have minimum 2 years retail and/or sales management experience to be considered. Responsibilities include, creating weekly schedules, recruiting, hire, training, develop a strong team. Maintain the magic of motivation at all times, work well under pressure and high stress situations. Absolute professionalism and the ability to take action to achieve salon operational and sales goals is necessary. Exceptional, proven sales and management experience is also a must, to be considered.
